DescriptionThis is just like the 5 club double split-stacks except that you do a shuffle to compensate for the missing 5th club. I usually start this by throwing one club first, then throw a split-stack from the other hand, then, with the same hand, catch the first club and do a shuffle to the other side and throw a split-stack from that side, then catch with that hand and shuffle back to the other side etc...
TipsThe collects for this pattern are fairly easy. You actually get to place the second club into the stack grip with your other hand when you do the shuffle. That makes this pattern extremely valuable for learning 5 club double split-stacks. What makes this pattern a little difficult though, is that the shuffle takes up precious time during the pattern, making it difficult to throw low stacks. I would recomend throwing the stacks with double-triple spins. Pay close attention to whether you are collecting underneath or on top. With the IHOO grip, for example, it is much easier to do this collect underneath.
