Description: First of all let me just clarify that this trick is not related to the chop where you swing your club down into the middle of your pattern in a chopping motion. This trick is related to the chop normally done in a passing pattern which is also known as the tomahawk or hatchet. The 2 club chop is similar to the 2 club split, but it is thrown with an overhand throw.
Grips: Personally, I like to use the circus grip for this throw, but some people seem to prefer the european grip. This is not shown in the picture, but I've been told that in order to get good results with the european grip, you have to turn your wrist more than usual so that your palm is facing forward sort of. The whole wrist turning thing makes it a little akward for me. I fair much better with the circus grip. The picture doesn't show this either but I find that it helps to place your thumb on the inside club's handle for better support and control.

The Throw: The throw is similar to a regular (non-multiplex) chop, although it is definitely more difficult. With the european grip you just have to get your wrist turned and in position in time for the throw. With the circus grip, you can use your thumb for support for the inside club during the release.
The Collect: If you can do the collect pretty well for the 2 club split, the collect for this cake. Although if you are using the european grip, there's only one way to collect. You have to catch the second club on top of the first one. This should feel pretty natural since most jugglers do this very same collect every time they stop juggling. The difficult part of this trick is really the throw.
